- Quotes: Pricing provided in quotes is valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
- Installation: We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues unrelated to our installation work.
5. User Representations By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. (2) You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the Site or our services.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. Vision Technology Solutions, LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
8. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions By consenting to Vision Technology Solutions, LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of us through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.
- Program Description: We send text messages to confirm installation appointments, provide quotes, and send service updates.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 813-803-6755. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at wadebonillavts@gmail.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
